A-dec+ Mobile and Web App

- Reports handpiece configuration and status for the A-dec 500 Pro delivery system.
- Reports network connection type (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) for the A-dec 500 Pro delivery system, QuietCore+ compressor, QuietCore+ vacuum, and A-dec+ Gateway.
- Reports the active profile in use by an A-dec 500 Pro delivery system.
- Indicates software compatibility issues when an A-dec 500 Pro delivery system or an A-dec+ Gateway detects that a software version for the following products is incompatible with the system:
- A-dec 500 dental chair
- A-dec 400 dental chair
- A-dec 300 dental chair
- A-dec 300 Pro delivery system
- A-dec 500 assistant's instrumentation
- Enables A-dec Customer Service to assist with account recovery by issuing a temporary account password. Prompts the user to create their new account password when the temporary account password is used to sign into A-dec+.
- Allows the user to select from dozens more A-dec international territories when creating or editing their account information.
- Incorporates bug fixes and improvements.
- Added support for the A-dec QuietCore+ mechanical room equipment.
- Additional bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Added A-dec+ Cloud Connection Check to the More screen (iOS and Android only).
- Enhanced the Dashboard with a more accurate product counter and added the ability to organize products by room and location in My Products.
- Added Connectivity ID to the General Information table for A-dec 500 Pro delivery systems and A-dec+ Gateway products.
- Corrected identification of A-dec Simulator Pro products.
- Updated links to a-dec.com for customers in Australia and the United Kingdom.
- Added more informative product registration failure messages.
- A checkmark now appears when customer creates, resets, or changes an account password.
- Added a Start Over link to Create Account screens to easily return customer to the start of the process.
- Additional bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Added a software update progress indicator to individual product screens. (Previously, this only appeared on the top-level My Products screen).
- Added ability to unregister products using the web app.
- Added ability for Group accounts to approve, deny, and manage clinic account link requests in the web app.
- Updated link functionality on the Dashboard page to My Products/My Clinics pages in the web app.
- Corrected issue with chair status when using Entry/Exit chair preset.
- Disabled third-party keyboards in the iOS® application as a general privacy precaution.
